What are the times for check-in and check-out?
Check-in: from 3 pm
Check-out: until 11 am
Can I cancel my reservation?
The cancellation policy depends on the rate booked and is stated in the reservation confirmation.
- The Hotdeal-Rate is not cancellable or changeable free of charge
- The best flexible rate is cancellable until 1 day before the arrival 3 pm
- In case of a cancellation outside the cancellation window we charge 90% of the total reservation costs in case we are not able to resell the room
Can I reserve a parking lot?
Is the breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is always included.
Is room service available?
Hotel Ludwig van Beethoven is a hotel garni and does not offer food except the breakfast buffet. Therefore we do not have room service.
What time is breakfast served?
Between 7 and 10 am.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome. There is a daily charge of 10€ it.
And only one pet is allowed per room.
Please don´t bring your pet to the breakfast-room.
Do you offer handicapped accessible rooms?
Yes, our hotel has one handicapped accessible room.
Is it cheaper to book online?
On our site, you will find a number of deals that are cheaper than on other booking platforms. You can save 5%.
Is WiFi available at the hotel/in the room?
WiFi is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas.
Do I need a credit card to book a room?
The hotel does not take reservations without a guarantee, for this reason we ask for your credit card details in the process.
In case you do not have a credit card you are also able to pay via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or bank transfer. Please be advised that in case of a bank transfer, different rates may apply.
Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
Every room is a non-smoking room.
What are the reception opening hours?
Is there a mini bar in the room?
No, if you like to drink something, the hotel bar is located on the 2nd floor and is open everyday until 10:00pm.
If you need to cool down medicine, our friendly reception staff can help you 24/7.
Is there a possibility to store my valuables in the room?
There are no safes or deposit boxes in the rooms. A central safe is located at the reception. If you like to store your valuables, our reception staff will gladly take care of that 24/7.
